Maya Weinberg

Maya Weinberg is a poet, veterinarian doctor, and researcher of bats as a postdoc at Cambridge University. Born in 1976 in Israel, she is the author of four books of Hebrew poetry, "Open Landscape" (Iton 77 Publishers, 2015); "City and the Mountain Pose" (Kibbutz HaMeuchad Press, 2018) winner of the 2018 Clil Prize for Ecopoetry; "Hand to Mouth" (Pardes Publications, 2021) winner of the Haim Goury poetry prize in 2023; and "Stone on Stone", winner of the 2023 ACUM prize and forthcoming in 2024. In the past ten years, her poems have been published frequently on different platforms, printed and online, as well as in daily newspapers and anthologies. Ms. Weinberg was the resident poet of the PEN writing program in Zagreb, Croatia for summer 2022. She currently lives in Cambridge, UK.

Yoni Hammer-Kossoy

Yoni Hammer-Kossoy is a poet, translator, and educator. Yoni’s first poetry collection, "The Book of Noah" is available from Grayson Books, and his translation of Zmira Poran Zion’s book, "I Am Samar" was published by Daisy Press in 2023. Winner of the 2020 Andrea Moriah Prize in Poetry, Yoni's writing and translations appear in numerous international journals and anthologies, including most recently Hayden's Ferry Review and Asymptote Journal. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Yoni has lived with his family in Jerusalem for the last 25 years.
